Our Company Policy:

• We are not responsible for goods left for over 30 days past repair completion date, nor for loss through fire or theft.
• Customers should back up the hard drive prior to service. We are not responsible for any data on the customer’s hard drive. 
• Customer agrees to pay $20 charge for each returned check, and other related past due payment collections.
• Parts and unopened software/Ink might be returned within 7days with 15% restocking fee.  New parts have 30 days warranty from SCS. Used Parts sold AS IS and cannon be returned.  Labor charge is not refundable.
